As registered owner of the 4i and 5 versions of Promob, you dispose of several channels to receive personalized support referring to any issue related to using, product installation and possible defaults, including system errors caused by the software.

This service is included in the cost of the contract of technological updating (CATS) with no extra charges, excluding the cost of the telephone call. Users of the Promob Plus and Promob Arch who chose to cease the CATS contract do not have the right to support via e-mail or telephone. If you should have any doubts, get in touch with us.
